Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This Cancellation & No-Show Policy applies to all services provided by Golden Bridge Signings. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Agreement to Policy

By scheduling or confirming an appointment through any method—including website booking, email, phone, text message (SMS), mobile app, or direct message—you acknowledge and agree to this policy and any applicable fees.

2. No-Show & Preparation Fee ($75)

A $75 fee will be charged if an appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances not caused by Golden Bridge Signings.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to attend the scheduled session

  • Arriving more than 30 minutes late

  • Not having a valid government-issued ID

  • Documents that are incomplete, incorrect, or not ready

  • Being unprepared or unwilling to proceed

  • Not meeting legal notarization requirements

  • Disconnecting from the session and not returning

  • Technical issues on the client’s side

This fee covers reserved appointment time, preparation, scheduling, platform usage, and administrative costs.

3. Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within three (3) hours of the scheduled time are subject to the same $75 fee.

This applies to both cancellations and last-minute rescheduling requests.

4. Responsibility & Determination

If an appointment cannot be completed due to an issue caused directly by Golden Bridge Signings, no fee will be charged.

If the delay, cancellation, or inability to proceed is due to client-related factors, the $75 fee will apply.

Golden Bridge Signings reserves the right to determine the cause of cancellation or failure to complete the appointment.
