Welcome to Golden Bridge Signings!

By using Golden Bridge Signings’ services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18+ to agree to these Terms. Minors may be notarized where legally permitted and properly authorized.

Golden Bridge Signings is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States and may not give legal advice.

The Client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and properly prepared documents prior to the scheduled appointment.

Golden Bridge Signings does not draft legal documents, review documents for legal sufficiency, or verify that documents meet recording, filing, title, lender, apostille, or jurisdictional requirements.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure documents are complete and final (no blanks unless legally permitted), accurate and ready for signing, properly formatted for notarization, and compliant with recipient requirements.

Golden Bridge Signings is not responsible for document rejection after notarization, recording refusal, title company rejection, apostille denial, errors contained within the document text, or changes made to a document after notarization.

If a document is incomplete, incorrect, or not ready at the time of the appointment, applicable rescheduling or no-show fees may apply.

Clients acknowledge that electronic documents must be uploaded in supported formats. Golden Bridge Signings is not responsible for technical limitations or client-side upload errors.

Golden Bridge Signings operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, document signing notifications, service status updates, and customer support communications. Marketing messages are sent only to customers who have separately opted in.

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Services are supported across major U.S. carriers. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

The party scheduling or authorizing services is financially responsible for all fees.

If payment is not collected directly from the signer, the requesting party remains fully liable, regardless of whether a file closes or funds.

By providing payment information, you authorize Golden Bridge Signings to charge the card on file for service fees, no-show fees, rescheduling fees, and unpaid balances.

Balances unpaid after 60 days incur a $25 late fee. Business accounts may accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

The requesting party agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney’s fees.

Initiating a chargeback after services are rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Clients agree to first contact Golden Bridge Signings to resolve disputes prior to filing a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated for valid services, the Client agrees to reimburse the original service fee, chargeback processing fees, administrative costs, and any collection or legal expenses.

The following uses are prohibited: unlawful activity, submission of false information, and unauthorized system access.

Client data may be processed within the United States.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Bridge Signings’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Golden Bridge Signings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
