2. Confirmation & Session Details
You’ll receive your confirmation, session access link, and a checklist of everything needed before your appointment. Fast response times are provided on business days, with priority handling for urgent closings.
After review, we’ll confirm your appointment and send your secure video session link.
3. Prepare for Your Session
Before your appointment, complete secure identity verification as required for remote notarization.
Have ready: a valid government-issued photo ID, a device with camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and digital access to your documents. No printing needed.
4. Live Online Notary Session
At your scheduled time, join your secure video session and connect with a commissioned notary.
During your session Your notary will verify your identity, review documents, witness signatures, and apply an official electronic seal. Sessions are recorded as part of the legal notarization process and typically take 15–30 minutes.
5. Receive Your Documents
Once complete, your notarized documents are securely delivered to you digitally.
